How we can help

We help organisations transform lived experience into learning, leadership and lasting change

Rights-Based Participation & Systems Change.
Moving beyond consultation. Embedding participation that changes decisions.

At The Seanchaí Collective, we believe participation is not an activity—it is a way of working. When organisations genuinely value lived experience, they make better decisions, build stronger relationships and create services that people trust.

We work with organisations across education, health, local government, charities and community services to embed meaningful, rights-based participation that moves beyond consultation and becomes part of organisational culture.

Led by our Director, Bez Martin, founder of the Lundy Model Network and a recognised leader in rights-based participation, we combine over two decades of frontline practice with contemporary research, systems thinking and creative approaches to help organisations translate participation from aspiration into everyday practice.

Whether you're developing a participation strategy, reviewing governance, embedding the Lundy Model, strengthening co-production or building staff confidence, we work alongside you to create approaches that are practical, sustainable and rooted in rights.

Because meaningful participation isn't simply about hearing voices.

It's about ensuring those voices influence what happens next.
